Nursing Innovation Research Center (NIReC) was established in September 2022, and is developing activities based on the philosophy of "creating the future of nursing science by promoting the cycle of research and practice. To contribute to the further development of the nursing field, which plays a central role in the care of people, the Center conducts activities to further develop nursing research and promote research activities through a multifaceted approach, including the circulation of clinical practice and research, collaboration between nursing and other fields, and the creation of learning opportunities for the career development of nurses. When changes in the social structure require changes in the medical health and welfare system, we will continue our activities, aiming to play the role of a "hub" to develop various research and educational activities that go beyond the framework of nursing.
